1 Acceptance of terms

By using DKIVA's website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users and customers.

2 Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase subscriptions. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please give accurate information and keep it up to date.

3 Subscriptions & billing

• DKIVA subscriptions deliver one kit per month for the chosen duration.
• Payment is taken upfront for the plan you select.
• You can pause, skip or cancel anytime — see our Refund Policy.
• We'll send reminders before renewals where applicable.

4 Pricing & payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices from time to time, but changes won't affect a subscription you've already paid for. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

5 Shipping & delivery

We ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Risk passes to you on delivery. If a kit is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we'll make it right.

6 Product use & safety

DKIVA kits are designed for the age range indicated and should be used under adult supervision. Please follow the age guidance and safety notes in each kit. Small parts may pose a choking hazard for young children — always supervise play.

7 Intellectual property

All content on DKIVA — including kit designs, activities, guides, logos and text — is owned by DKIVA and protected by law. You may use it for your family's personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, resell or redistribute our materials without permission.

8 Limitation of liability

We provide our kits and services with care, but to the extent permitted by law, DKIVA isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

9 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India.
