• Payment — processed securely by our payment partner (Razorpay). We never store your full card details.
• Usage data — pages visited and actions taken, to improve the experience.

We use your information to run and improve DKIVA:

• To match and deliver the right kit for your child's developmental stage.
• To process orders, subscriptions and payments.
• To send order updates, reminders and (if you opt in) offers.
• To provide customer support and respond to your queries.
• To keep our service safe and prevent fraud.

3 Children's data

DKIVA is used by parents and guardians, not by children directly. We collect a child's first name, date of birth and gender solely to personalise their learning kits. This information is never used for advertising, never sold, and is accessible only to you and our service team. You can delete a child profile at any time from your dashboard.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
